Like it's been stated, it's a process. Paper work, to paper trail.
It takes a few hours while they verify your information its not a quick thing you may have to dedicate a whole day for the intake and process
Depends on the person
It actually depends on what is currently happening in the shelter at RWA. If the beds are full the intake process takes longer and depends also if your clean vs dirty on urine test etc.
