there are some running trails. if you visit on a monday or tuesday you will have access to most of the best areas with limited riders. Rattlesnake, Dan Brown, Sink hole and Cow bone..
They have hiking trails there. But I have also seen runners on the bike trails. Personally I don't mind runners on the trails as long as everyone is respectful of each other
