The water park hours are from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 then they close for an hour and then they reopen at 2:00 until 5:00

Park doesn't require one. The aquatic center is a couple dollars for a couple hours to get in. Pavilions are first come first serve and playground and dog park are free and open sun up to sun down
