I scrolled down and saw one on their website. Just this year's events only 4 or 5 I think.
No..I wouldnt .. You are not supposed to be there after dark. I Pulled in once after dark just to check my phone and the cop about had a cow. I also asked the park department if my disabled husband could walk at night as he has social anxiety and they said NO. They patroll it often. No cost during the day though

As the previous people responded they are free. When we go for a picnic we bring a picnic blanket in case the picnic pavilions are full.
I'm actually not really sure how long each loop is. I know they are not well marked. I suggest you go early so no matter what you are back before dark. Two people in our family got lost (no fun, really scary).
