I took my mom two weeks ago to the Dr. Two weeks later still waiting for a call about my moms appt to get further testing. I called back and I was left on hold for hours. Finally got some one on the phone but was promise a call back that I never got.

I waited for 2 months for an appointment to see Dr. Sadd de la Torre only to have a phone call confirming my appointment with another doctor a doctor Jose Garcia Novalles. I ask the lady who is that and she replied your doctor. I told her NO I never made an appointment with that doctor. My appointment is with Dr. Saad de la Torre. She told would like to make an appointment with Dr. De la Torre or would like to keep your appointment with Dr Jose Garcia Novalles. Neither, I told her let me speak to an administrator then she placed me on hold and came back and told me that an administrator was not available and she hung up!!! Horrible I would give them zero stars I'd I could!!!
