I do not recommend this clinic at all. My mom is with them and the treatment is being very bad. My mother was with covid but she is now with the sequel and she is feeling bad, she is unbalanced and all these days when we call, they give her the consultation by phone that they do not solve anything since they can not do tests or anything. Yesterday they gave him an appointment for the cardiologist today but nobody warned that he should take his negative test, (He has had it for 15 days). When the girl from the front desk arrived at the clinic, who if she did not have the patience to treat the elderly, she should look for another job option, she told her that she had to send the negative test by mail, when my mother remained standing in front of her, She asks my mom if she doesn't know how to send email, my mom says yes but she feels bad, and she answered my mom that if she felt bad she couldn't be there. When going to talk to a supervisor, she informed that I don't know what law if she has symptoms (cough) she couldn't be there, and that they would make the consultation x video call, even without solving any problem since the reason we went it was for a checkup, electro, blood test etc. because by phone or video call no dr can have an exact appreciation of what the patient has. Very disappointing the treatment of this clinic.
