Appointment at 3:15, 3/24. Show up to find that it was moved to 830am. Why ?! Receptionist didn’t bother to inform or care. Once further investigation found out because the doc/pa had left at 3. Don’t value orders time, unprofessional.

I give only one star because I cannot give it 0 terrible service, they never answer the phone, they do not do the authorizations, they treat patients very badly, most of them are elderly people, I do not recommend it at all today I had a very bad experience that they confirm the appointment to my mom in a center that only opens Tuesdays and Thursdays and when I call a whole rally at the end my mother lost her appointment and nobody faces the problem, in short, AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE AND VERY INEPET OTHERS WHO TRANSFERRED ME TO SUCH A ASHLEY WHO WORKS FROM HOME AND YELLED AT ME AND HANG UP THE PHONE
