Terrible, we walked in and noticed plenty of tables available. I was hopeful there was no wait since there was 10 of us. The hostess informed us that it would be a 20-25 min wait, not sure why but ok, we kindly waited. When we ordered seems like they were out of alot different items & didnt have things that other locations have, which was strange but ok. Our food took awhile, the waiter told us my fiances prime rib sandwich was holding us up. Not sure why because the meat looked defrosted and gray. The waiter also Failed to bring the au jus after mentioning he would to my fiance. He has had that sandwich before and he said it was gross! My parents glass of water slipped and accidentally spilled on the table and no one even noticed or helped. We cleaned the mess ourselves using our cloth napkins. My sister put in a to go order after our food came. It took so long we ended up waiting an extra 20 minutes for the pizza. We thought they forgot about it. I get it work is hard but at least pretend you want to be there! It's been awhile since we've been to this location and we won't be back. The Service, the food was not worth it. You can go to one in Katy and have a much better experience.
