It was a crowded Saturday however we picked up our call in order quickly and we also elected some delicious desserts while there. Food was great and so were the desserts!

The food and the drinks at Cheesecake Factory are always exceptional. The service isn't bad too.

First time eating here. Our waitress, Anna, was probably the best waitress we've ever had at any restaurant. She knew everything about everything on the menu and could make solid recommendations. Our food and drinks were delivered in a timely manner and tasted great. Thank you Anna and Cheesecake Factory in Sugar land.

This place is an embarrassment to the restaurant industry. There's too much competition in the area to have such a snide, unremarkable team. The staff is rude and incompetent from reception to wait staff to management. The food is overpriced and relatively tasteless. They charge $10 for a sliver of cheesecake (it's about 1/2 the size of what they used to serve for $6.) Your money is better spent at any of the dozens of other nearby restaurants.
