Depends upon the room you get, before tax it's $249, so with taxes it will probably be around $265. Office hours are 11am to 7pm, Monday through Saturday. If no one is there when you show up, they are likely on property and will be back within about 5 to 10 minutes.
A very nice place to live
About 340 for a room for 2 beds. Just a little less for one bed. You can just show up but they might be full because alot of families are here from Puerto Rico. I think they close the office around 7 during the week a little later on the weekend.
