The management changed a month or so into our stay. They all seem very accommodating and personable. The property was kept up nicely. The only disappointment was the pool. It's way too small, no lounge chairs or tables with umbrellas provided, and due to it's location with no roof for shade, it's more like a luke warm bath.

NEVER NEVER NEVER NEVER STAY HERE. Never coming back again. I come to Orlando EVERY OTHER weekend and I’ve traveled my whole life and this is THE WORST hotel experience and customer service I have ever had. FIRST OFF. It took the lady FORTY FIVE minutes to get us checked in. SECOND OFF. I reserved a queen room, I get to my room ONLY ONE key card works and on top of that she put me in a room with TWO twin beds. So i have to go back up and transfer my stuff. AGAIN, only one of the key cards worked, but that’s all we needed so I thought it was okay. We go to Dave and Busters, come back and NEITHER of our key cards work, THATS NOT IT. NOBODY is working the front desk so I am STUCK outside because NOW…NEITHER of my keys work and there is nobody able to help us and there is no emergency contact .

Excellent hotel! Service, cleanliness and is very new! I was there 2 months ago. It has everything in the room, big fridge, stove and microwave ... great bathroom! I plan to go back!

It's not free but it does take you to the places. Like 2 dollars an senior is 25cents an we caught it right out front of Golden corral that is right in front of the hotel an coming back we got off right across the street
