I made the same comments on booking but I didn't see them posted. I stayed at your hotel for 2 nights. at first they gave me if we remember correctly room 105...from the window of which you could see air conditioning machines...so the room was like a prison. I asked to be changed and they gave me if I remember correctly 104, in which at night when they sleep there was a lot of noise from some machine. on top of that when i went to sleep... the kids sofa bed had no sheets or pillows. I informed the reception who brought them after at least 1 hour. apart from that 3 days that I stayed the cleaning crew never bothered to make the children's bed. The whole treatment I had during my stay left me with a very negative impression, something that does not match the heavy name of your hotel chain.

Dirty and has roaches and I don't mean the Florida palmetto bugs, these were the little German roaches. Looks like it hasn't been cleaned in a very long time. Shower and tub were dirty and had hair 🤮.

They do have 2 bedroom suites and they are equally nice. This place is conveniently located to almost everything. My kids and I loved it.

It's a buffet style breakfast that varies everyday. They have eggs, meats (sausage or bacon), oatmeal, and fruit. However, there is a lot of gluten products - cereal, waffles, either French toast or pancakes, and varieties of breads for toast.
Not at Homewood. There is one at the embassy suites that is within walking distance. I think it was enterprise. Its right next to the lobby entrance. There are 2 Embassy suites. This would be the one on intl drive not Jamaican court.
They have evening events almost every night. There is a shuttle to Universal as well.

There really is no safe in the reception. Room safe key. I always took the money with me. I did not feel safe to leave it in the safe.
