I went to go check in. The room they offer me was horrible. I definitely would find a different hotel. This place is not in good lookin shape. I don’t recommend this location

This place is terribly run. I stopped in and tried to reserve a room for the following week and spoke with Jody. I told him I needed a room on Monday night through the following Monday as I was flying out early that morning. He stated he could not reserve a room for me and that all reservations are only reserved through their 800 number. I went out to my car and reserved a “brand new renovated room” which is all they had. They took my credit card info for the reservation. After work on Monday evening at 8pm I went to get my room reservation and the office was locked up. I called the night number on the door and talked to Randy telling him I had a reservation. Randy said the hotel closes at 7pm and he couldn’t help me. I was furious when I found out my credit card was charged for that night that I had to spend sleeping in my car! What is the point of making a reservation? I called Jody in the morning and they don’t open until 11am! Jody said I was a no show. I told him I had a reservation and was at the hotel that night at 8pm and had to sleep in my car in the parking lot. He said there was nothing he could do. I said I would come in on my lunch hour and get my room. I got there and again the office was locked and no one there. I called the number on the door and Jody answered and said he had an errand to run and would be back later. After 20 minutes of my lunch time he finally showed up and gave me my room. The new remodeled room is full of bugs, shoddy construction. Hot and cold water lines are plumbed backwards, the tub drains slow and the internet they bill you for is horrible. I had to call their internet tech support to get my laptop to work. Wi-Fi only worked 4 of the days I stayed there. Lots of loud cars outside and people smoking. Would never recommend this dump to anyone. It was a total ripoff!

My son stayed here for a couple of weeks and almost got shot walking across the parking lot to go get food. They are remodeling some of the rooms, apparently my son's room was not done yet.

Great place, location location location... Minutes away from my clientele, 4 star only because the lack of hourly rentals which has had economic impact on my industry but that's what makes a company rise to the occasion... As founder and CEO of "a touch above the rest, and chairman of reach around happy endings.... As seen on shark tank we know how to do business in a seller's market like the current one and our legal team is in negotions with intown for hourly rentals as we speak.
