I would like to find a couple fossil shark teeth with my kids. I read this would be a good place to hunt but I'm not sure where to go specifically. Can anybody give me an idea where to go?

If you take your first left (just before the playground) the trail will take you down to the water and you can follow it alongside the creek all the way to 16th ave. Along the trail you can find several places for shark tooth hunting. Some places have deeper and faster moving water so you'll want to find a spot that works for your kids' ages. It's helpful to bring something to sift through the sand if you have it, but not necessary.
