It has a fishing pier with nice water views, a playground and many waterside chairs. We were there in the late afternoon. Boats are busy coming back to the ramp. It is a good spot to spend 1 or 2 hours with kids.

It is now open for use of the boat ramp but watch for us rowers (we have to pass through the ramps)
