ALEX SARABIA! !! Not only did he provide my wife and I the best car buying experience, but he provided the best customer service experience across all industries we have ever encountered. I can’t say enough about how Alex went above and beyond for us. Alex and I started chatting on a Monday about a very difficult and highly sought after vehicle. I explained to Alex we would have to fly in on Saturday to buy the truck. He kept in constant communication and was readily available to answer all questions and provided updates throughout the week. He made it possible to get a truck that is so difficult to find. He took care of my wife by picking her up on time at the airport, treated her to Starbucks, and had everything in line for a painless car buying experience. This enabled her to get on the road home, quickly! The gratefulness we feel for Alex and the superb customer service he provided makes us want to only buy vehicles from him…even if it means flying to Ontario and driving 5 hours back home! It’s so refreshing to come across an individual who shows such passion and knowledge for their job! I would rate Alex 20 out of 10 if I could!

They are quick to sale you a car but not quick to service it. I have previously purchased two vehicles at Mark Christopher a 2015 Tahoe and a 2021 Silverado. I made an appointment for an oil change just to wait in line for 30 minutes and then be told it's going to take 2 hours for an oil change. I told the service advisor that I made an appointment and he just shrug his shoulders like "ohh well". I will never purchase or give any referrals to about this dealership to anyone , they have lost a customer for life.

Every time I make an appt for service, it seems I’m behind 20 cars. After speaking with the service dept, I get the same answer…. “We don’t know how long it’s going to take, depends on who needs what.” It’s absolutely ridiculous. What’s the point of making an appt then? And why would the appt calendar show complete availability, if it’s on a first come first serve basis? Why even take appts? I’m going to search out a dealership that cares about it’s customers, and remembers what true customer service is about. If you need to service your car, save yourself some time, and skip Mark Christopher Chevrolet.

Excellent customer service. The staff is super friendly and extremely knowledgeable. We were in and out in no time with our new Silverado. The facility is clean and climate controlled, making our time there perfect!

It takes an hour of calling just to speak to the operator because no one in the BUICK service Dept answers!!!!! Thoroughly FRUSTRATED

I find its better to call them and ask for a service or parts dept and for texting 1 guy does sales internet questions he'll get back to you but it takes some time
Yes if its a chevy or Cadillac they have parts to repair

They usually open at 7 or 8 usually the same time as service. On Saturday the close at 2pm
