I have always had a great experience with Jeep of Ontario. Our jeep Grand Cherokee was at the dealership for about 1.5 months to have the transmission and water pump replaced under warranty. We got our vehicle back and the starter went out 2 weeks after the precious service. When I went to pick up the vehicle after having the starter replace I was pleasantly surprised that I was not being charged for the starter and labor associated with the service. Jeep of Ontario covered all the charges out of good faith. Jeep of Ontario's service department is always helpful and willing to help their customers in any way they can. I've taken my vehicle to other Jeep dealers but noting compares to the service that Jeep of Ontario provides. Thanks again for great service.

We should have started at Jeep of Ontario 2 months ago!!! This was a no-hassle, no pressure, and VERY clean dealership. Beautiful TV and Lounge area with leather seating, and complimentary refreshments. They washed the car, filled the gas tank, and then showed us some very neat features of the vehicle we chose. Then he took our picture in front of the new car. He also made good on a promise to follow up with me the day after the purchase and again two days after to make sure we were 100% happy. We bought a 2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee Trailhawk, Certified Pre-owned with 12K miles! Loads of $$ below KBB for this model year and loaded with awesome features!! They don't answer 100% disappointed with the service, lack of professional customer service..I left my vehicle on Monday did not hear from them until Thursday after calling and texting serveral times. We approved the work (never again)..Was told it would be ready on Friday, here we are on Saturday and still communicate..very annoyed, frustrated ans honestly disgusted with this service or lack of

Sounds like time to contact their service and get it towed so they can fix it. Anything from fuel filters to ignition fixes.
They work on all makes and models. I used to take my non dodge cars there for oil changes

Amazon has them starting from $45 to about $60 depending on the functions. You can program them yourself most of the time if you have 2 keyfobs. A locksmith can also do it for you when he cuts the blank key.
Ram has been around for years (late 90's)but became its own brand in 2014 when Fiat bought the company.
