Not really. You have to get the bait before coming. Either at wal-mart or Dandy's market or bait store.

Yes the boat ramp is open at Earl Powers park(Hawthorne Rd. side of Newnans Lake). Weekends are very busy with limited pull through parking for vehicles pulling boat trailers. 3/18/2019.
