The park is very owner responsible n as far as i know the park is open to all breeds

No. Any dog can go as long as on a leash until you get to the dog run.
There's not a breed restriction. Just a park for big dogs and a park for little dogs. So long as your pup is a good dog, you're welcome at the park!

Not that i know of. There are rules posted at the entrance . No choke collars....
