I wouldn't. Run still has A LOT of submerged logs from past hurricanes. I can see how easily it would be to puncture any inflatable craft.
No. There is a size limit on the rafts. Maybe like 50x20 inches max. There is not enough room for anything larger. Best to get a round tube. You can rent one at one of the rental places on the way in or bring your own. You can get them cheap at publix on the way in or walmart is always a good option. :)

Strongly recommend against inflatables. Tons of partially submerged logs you have to bump over (as of Spring 2018 since 07 hurricanes) and you WILL get a flat....in the middle of gator country. Most of the problematic areas are where the water is slower and it's more swampy.
The 9 foot tall rainbow flying unicorn 6 person floatie is too big. Smaller will....just be sure to have plan b. EZ to get holes and rips...
