This mobile home park has been completely turned around. The Manager Millie, takes pride in it and you can tell the difference it's made. The lots themselves are held to a higher standard, but even more so the park overall is nice and inviting. The rec room/ hall for parties has been completely revamped. It makes a huge difference when the person running things actually cares and Millie and Olga do.

Save yourself the trouble and frustration and avoid living here. Property management is discriminatory and drag their feet about anything that doesn’t cause them financial gain… water frequently turned off without notice, not all properties treated the same in regard to violations (if English is your first language, then you have a target on your back. Yet, when requesting to move out, take WEEKS to draw up papers to even START the process.) Don’t even get me started on the parking situation and how my car got towed from the driveway without warning! WORST experience ever! We want OUT! Get your act together, Chalet!

We have lived here almost a year and a half. I really like the park and have noticed changes. The amount of feral cats has been reduced significantly in our area. They were using under our deck as a litter box. Racing down Lake Pleasant has also been reduced. Police monitor the area more frequently. Racing is a hazard as many people walk to the store at all hours. Someone could get hit. I would rather see kids playing outside. They need the fresh air. But they must be supervised and clear the streets when vehicles are coming. We have had some water shutoff, but most are announced prior to work being done. Once in a while they do not turn the water fully on. I hear the pipes moan. I do wish they would have more activities such as bingo or cards, maybe a pool table or pot luck suppers to meet the neighbors. Just sayin.....

Please report "spillages" to management. They may ask for you to write it down so they can act upon it. Generally the driveways allow 2 average size vehicles but smaller cars=bigger numbers! Still, vehicles must be on the paved driveway. A tow company tours the park regularly looking for violators but may not be able to those you speak of because if weight or potential damage to property. Please call the office and let them know there is a problem. They can handle it.

They have for sale.the groves in Orlando belongs to the same poeple and they often have to rent but I don't know if they have any available for rent right now you will have to find out
