The worst customer service the new owner and workers there awful I needed to be attended but no answer they close at 4 but was there for 1 hour and 30 min by the door no answer. Just awful don’t recommend this trailer park. When you need something from them and is important nowhere to be found we need a new owner with good customer service!

So I’ve applied here can’t get an update. Need to speak with management I have emailed all email addresses I can including the help center email I have called every day and I’ve travelled from Michigan to Florida to take care of this process and now just twiddling my thumbs in a hotel across the country from my family who is waiting to move while I try to close on a home here. All that I want them to do is approve my application so I can get the ball rolling on moving in!

I am writing this review because i am extremely unsatisfied with how unprofessional Lake Shore Inc for the apopka location specifically Rocks Springs Mobile Home Park is. My lease ended back in May and i turned in the keys already and done my walk through i was advised by Mrs.Keuana Barfield that i would receive a letter and my Security deposit via Mail. That was back in may. I didn't get my letter until July and it was dated back in June and now we are in August and I HAVE YET TO RECEIVE MY MONEY BACK. it has been over the ACCEPTABLE time frame for getting my check back and i am extremely upset and feeling like they are now trying to steal and keep what is owed to me. Before anyone tries to jump to their defense i have done my part and reached out multiple times and multiple ways as to how long it takes for the security deposit to be returned. they have failed the time frame in which im debating on getting a lawyer or plastering this on every social media as a warning to anyone that is considering in renting or owning in that facility. Its not just that the office Lacks proper communication i could call multiple times and no one answers the phone!! Also emailing them is a bust because it be a miracle if i even get an email back. I had emailed Keuana Barfield back on July 7th about my security deposited and i didn't hear back from her until July 18th. Now i get being busy and what not but to wait an entire week to almost two weeks to get back to me is ridiculous. we are now in August the 7th and I HAVE YET TO HEAR ANYTHING BACK FROM LAKE SHORE ABOUT MY SECURITY DEPOSIT!!! I never experience such unprofessional business. If you are looking through the reviews about this place before deciding to rent or own save your money and go somewhere else, the rent is ridiculously high and they do not communicate well with the residents. Now if you are one of the workers for Lake Shore reading this just know no amount of apology's will fix this situation i want my money NOW!!!!!!!!!
