Some you can rent $1350 or buy..you have to ask the manager...but do yourself a favor..find somewhere else to live..was there for nearly 10 yrs would rather move to hell then go back!
I was here one day to inquire about purchasing a home. The girl had just opened the door and saw me. She then just shut the door. I thought maybe she didn't see me so I knocked to no avail. It has become apparent that this place and Chalet North are only catering to the "new population" if you don't speak Spanish you won't be helped. I have put 3 different applications in and called only to be told they have nothing available, then My friend Maria did the same thing for me just to see and they gave her several lots available. Not sure what is going on????
You would have to call the manager in the park they are the only one that could answer that for you
No rental you have to buy the trailers to get in the trailer park.
