Bait and swtich, then add extra fees! Be careful. It is a shame a Company like Avis allows this behavior! City or state govt should do something about it to protect the oublic!

It was pretty crazy. I got reservation thru booking.com. then show up to get car. No agent at booth. Told to get in line for budget. 1.5 hours later, after seeing agent has Avis jacket, i ask Avis, was toks they only have pickup? Then charged more for rental. Then when returned, they tried to add extra fews to my bill. Thank god i say somethung, tgen after a hastle, they removed extra charges. Then they want to act like nothing is wrong. Boy what a scam, and bait and switch.
