All in all: good car, worst service we ever encountered. We got exactly what we booked, car was nice and clean (and available half an hour earlier than we initially ordered it for - 9:30 PM). BUT the lady behind the counter was very rude and not helpful at all. Our credit card could not be approved at first, since the chip reader on her specific counter was broken. She immediately got rude and sent us away, telling us to call the bank or get another card - wherever that should have come from in the middle of the night in a foreign country. She denied our request of trying it again or at least typing in the CORRECT name of the card holder without her typos. While we had the bank on the phone and were trying to follow their directions (type number in manually, try wireless connection, etc) the lady stood in the door to her office and REFUSED to come back and let us try again if we wouldn't bring a different card. Eventually it worked just fine on the next counter. there were five other counters available and zero other costumers. It took us 30 minutes in total to convince her and get our car.

Had a car rental reservation and after a delay in flights, we called Thrifty to ensure we would be able to pick up our car and they confirmed there would be here to make sure we get our car as long as we got there by midnight. At 10:55pm, we got to the car rental location and there were no attendants to help us as well as other customers. We were all stranded in the middle of the night with a paid car rental reservation and no car. The other car rentals refused to help any of us. Absolute worse service as the system allowed us to book and pay for a car but yet could not fulfill their end of the transaction.

Yes. Centralized rental car center. All share the same shuttle.
Not 100% sure if I'm answering your question. If you're driving to get a rental, the parking spots by the rental center are timed so you can't leave your car overnight. If you need to do that you can park at a lot for the airport on-site or off-site and take the shuttle to the rental center. But you would have to pay to do this.
