Hello Day! The School 31 website is designed to only accept reservations from those who have established corporate accounts. All are welcome to book, but those without corporate accounts must do so on Airbnb.
My boyfriend and I went onto Airbnb, found School 31 Lofts and were able to book the exact room we wanted without a problem. You're able to view many different studios and choose one that fits your taste/needs. Booking was a breeze
