This was a great place. Nice location everything is within a ten minute walk and smooth check in. I would really encourage you to do your research before staying here. They have lots of pictures and it was fairly the same to what it actually was. I recommend the micro lot if you are staying alone, as a couple, or you are REALLY REALLY close with the person you're staying with because the bathroom is very open. It wasn't a problem for our stay. The only critiques was to have a bigger garbage in the room and maybe a mini fridge to store stuff. Overall great place to stay for a staycation or a little weekend getaway.

Stayed in Loft 210 as part of a trip to Rochester to celebrate my daughters birthday. We wanted something not as sterile as a hotel room - and this fit the bill perfectly. The loft is large (900 sq. ft) and has two kings - one accessed via a rebar type ladder (no room to undress in that area). The beds are super comfy, the couch and TV service were great and having coffee in the room was awesome. Parking is on the side - wish our instructions had told us that (but the rest of the instructions were very clear re: what entrance to use and what codes to use). The loft is very open - and if you are a light sleeper - the noise from the AC would be an issue. For us - it was just perfect. We could walk to dinner, have wine chilling in the fridge, watch a movie and marvel at the "coolness" of this place. If you want sterile - go someplace else. If you are looking for some fun and some funk - highly recommend! We'll be back!

The decor and size of most of the rooms is great. The high ceilings and tall windows are beautiful. With that said, the jacuzzi jets were very dirty and when we used them, black chunks came out. It’s worth noting that the standard tubs there are for one person, not sized for two (they have some that are marked as oversized). The sheets had not been changed and were wrinkled and covered in hair. We had to text the concierge to have them changed and the housekeeper seemed like we were inconveniencing her. The high ceilings also mean substantial staircases. The buildings use British floor numbering. So the ground floor is zero, one large staircase up is one, and the hotel rooms are on two. So you go up two staircases that are three staircases worth of stairs.

This place is more for eclectic seekers/hostel stayers (not for those expecting luxury or all inclusive features). Parking is located behind the building. There is no staff on hand - access codes are sent via text. The inside of this century old building has been well maintained and is beautifully decorated with Persian rugs, chandeliers, and chaise lounges. The rooms are truly open in concept and diverse in styling/furnishing. As the reader may have surmised from previous reviews the walls are quite frankly paper thin - thus you can hear most everything coming from inside AND out. If you’re looking to get a decent night’s rest (not watching Texas Chainsaw with your wall neighbor at 3:00am as we did), seek elsewhere.
