I recommend you avoid this hotel for now. I stayed in the so-called "VIP Suite". I called at 7pm to ask for bedding for the pull-out couch for our kids. I called again at 9pm when it hadn't arrived. Then at 9:30pm. At 10pm, I called and they hung up on me. The elevator is unusably slow. The pool isn't open despite being advertised on the website. This hotel clearly does not have the staff or capacity to handle the number of people staying here.

The hotel is pretty nice. In a good location, nice amenities, staff, and rooms are well kept and pretty. My only complaint is the noise inside the room. I’m not usually a light sleeper nor a very heavy one. But from my room I could hear absolutely everything from the people through the walls next door, to those walking in the hallway, to the elevator door bell dinging. Granted, I was in a room two doors down from the elevator but the dinging noise still shouldn’t be so loud. Further, when the air conditioning fan comes on or turns off, there is a loud clattering sound that wakes you if you’re lucky enough to be on the brink of sleep. I was on the 15th floor so no complaints of outside noises but within the walls of the room, it was pretty bad. Other than this one issue, the hotel was clean and quite nice. Update: I finally fell asleep around 1am for a 4:30 wake up time. Or, it would have been 4:30 if the room next to me didn’t have their room phone going off for a wake up call at 4am twice and with the volume so high it sounded like my own room phone. Ridiculous. If I’m ever here again, I’ll invest in some good earplugs.

This hotel was full of kids that were in town for a hockey tournament. Waiting for the elevators was a horrible experience no matter what time of day. Front desk service was amazing and very accommodating. The hotel bar was hands down, the best! We were here for the St. Patrick's Day parade and celebration. Wonderful service from wonderful bartenders!

One of the main reasons I chose this hotel is for what looked like a very nice swimming pool. I have 2 young children that were very excited to go swimming. After my family all getting our swim suits on and heading down to the pool we find it emptied of water with a sign of temporary closure. This is something that should have been mentioned to us and at the very least a discount could have been offered. Highly dissatisfied….

I really Do It that but if I was you I would call the Hyatt. The room I stayed did not have a Jacuzzi.
Yes. No problem
Hello! Hyatt Regency Rochester does not own the parking garage that is attached to our hotel so we cannot offer any discount on parking. Rates are determined by the city and currently are at $2/hour with a max of $10 / day during the week and cap at $6 / day on weekends. Floor 3 of the parking garage has designated handicap spots, but all floors from 3 on up have accessible ramps to the elevators. Hope this helps!
Nope
The parking garage can be enter via the car entrance of Hyatt, but the exit is off to the other side.
There are suites on the top floor
Parking is included with a hotel room. There is a free parking garage next to the bus transit center about a block away, East.
We had a conference here. Didn't stay here. I would say 18 unless accompanied by an adult.
