Asked for rotation and they took it upon themselves to say I didn't need it. Very disappointed and i have been going here for years . I will be searching for somewhere else to get tires and oil service. I bet if they got a turkey burger when they order sirloin they wouldn't be happy, especially if the waitress said they didn't need the steak 😒 and there was not any WIRE showing on my tires. If there was I would be purchasing new tires immediately.

I agree that they are the most honest mechanics in WNC. I just wish they wouldn't always have the Fox News propaganda channel on TV as I keep busting out laughing while I'm waiting for my car to be serviced.
On certain vehicles. There are exceptions.
