Went there to have my AC re-charged and a TPMS Sensor installed which I purchased. The time before I came there for a wheel alignment I asked JR to also check the tires for any leaks or nails because of the vibrations. The next day I had the oil changed and tires rotated at Mr. Tire and the manager showed me a nail in the rear tire. He never looked.' i emailed him and told him but he never responded. Maybe that's why never said hello when I came back. After waiting 4 hours, He told me the sensor was defective which I understood. My problem was that he broke the sensor and I was unable to return it to get refund. He broke it off so bad on the tire that the TPMS light on the dashboard remained on all the time. He claimed he re-charged the AC but there wasn't any difference at all.' I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, where I saw there were many on file, giving him a chance to respond and settle this professionally but he never responded. Very disappointed.

Owner didn’t know how to install the device. What should have been a 2 hour install took 2 days and owner tried to charge me double due to his own ignorance. Id give it 0 stars if I could.
