No. Crisis is the only one that I know of but you can ask... Crisis, the Urb, the shelters, Mental Health, DSS all do what they call ,"co-ordinated assessments". Get connected. Screw the phone. Goto the Urb at 8am and talk to the counselor.
False info. Crisis does help to avoid eviction. I was under the same impression, but after going through it myself. I was told that I could have been helped before eviction. Had to have my rent office put it in a letter to them with all the contact info. This was said from the worker there. But to your question, I really don't think they do. Unfortunately I believe they only cater to the homeless. But it still maybe worth a shot. But this is some info I think you may need. If your landlord dose file for eviction, it's not the last word. Go to the court date and when you tell the judge your reasoning for not paying the rent. They will rule for the landlord. No matter what. When I was there, it was a Vietnam vet with no leg in a wheelchair and the reason he was late was because the government stopped his check because they thought he was dead. The judge still ruled for the landlord. They cold as hell up in there. So, after the judge rules against you, just appeal the decision. 3rd fl
