I'm trying to move to Charlotte. What are things that they can help me with to get situated? I have my own transportation. But would like to eventually have a place of my own in a decent area and not a bad neighborhood. Is this the right place to go

They have a long waiting list and it takes a long time to process you even once they get to you, and they do mostly Section 8 housing, which doesn't sound like what you're looking for.
