I just left this location and the customer service was phenomenal The entire staff work together to help customers and greet them and make them feel welcome. And when I couldn't find what I was looking for they all pitched in to help make suggestions. I definitely will be going back to this location because great customer service means a lot to me considering I work in customer service industry. As I was in there one of the things that stood out to me. The most that I noticed was that there was a child that was upset because she lost her balloon in one of the workers. Immediately ran and got her another one. It was just really nice and refreshing to see someone take an extra step because that's something you don't see nowadays.

The store was a little empty but I love that I can shop there without employee's breathing down my back.

Customer service wasn't that great...I wasn't greeted or helped, couldn't find what I was looking for and what i did find didn't have proper price labels so I passed on it. Not my favorite Party City experience
