There for an open house. Good condominium location in Stuart but off busiest streets so this is a plus. Two floors and several buildings, a couple are close to St. Lucie River. No elevators so must be able to climb stairs. Pretty handy parking. Prices were competitive.

What is included in the Hoa fees?

The Hoa basically gives you access to the club house, work out house, barbecues, and pools. If you have a boat that is extra. There is a shuffle board and I did not see equipment. There is a book and video library with kids games available to use.
