my shitzu dog is 18 years old and suffering from severe infection, no grooming wants to take care of because she faints and is suffering. I've worked hard to understand that I'm doing it. How do we put to sleep?

Take her to the vet. If she is suffering and in pain, be merciful and humanely euthanize her.
