i have a cat that is currently pregnant. Currently looking for home for the kittens and alos to be able to spay the kitten. can i do this here? having a hard time finding a place that will spay her at low cost. ASPCA is bad.

No, you can't do it there. However, if you have a Medicaid card, and you look for an animal care truck on wheels, they do it for free.

No, you cannot do that at Animal Control. It is the city animal shelter. I got my cat neutered with ASPCA mobile clinic for free, no problem. Excellent care, they even trimmed his nails.
