I am interested in adopting a small dog but don't have the funds to pay $300-$500 that shelters are asking to adopt. If you are giving it away for free, I'll gladly take the dog.

For a free dog you'll be spending that same amount or more , you'll have to get the dog checked , fixed, etc.your better off adopting a dog at ACC where all that stuff is done and you don't have to pay the amount you would at a clinic if someone gave you a "free" dog
