I'm getting the same run around. Made 4 calls because I was supposed to get a callback but I'm still waiting. My husband is driving down there to see if he can pick it up so we don't have to wait until Monday.
How is it possible that my two packages that I sent from my house to the Amazon warehouse in Charlotte, NC, UPS have been lost? Since June 23 there is no more history in the tracking and UPS indicates that they are considered lost. How can they give that service that bad? I will definitely not use this service again, DHL and FeDex are more reliable, even USPS is better guarantee.
The same thing just happened to me. Was supposed to be delivered yesterday. Driver was obviously too lazy to find my apartment and said it went back to the main UPS center for pick up... THAT'S CLOSED ON A SATURDAY. I will absolutely never use UPS again. The package contained something for a charity event tonight and I hope they are happy that they are taking thousands of dollars away from disabled children. There is absolutely no accountability from anyone I spoke with. Promised three call backs and not ONCE did anyone contact me. It's FedEx for me for the rest of my life.
I’m having the same issue I will NEVER use this service again
