I also pay 700$ since I moved here never had any problems maybe because I'm always working lol. And I think the issue whit the police and fire department is cause this appartment complex has a housing program for ppl whit low income that's why the police is always around, and to be honest the place is not that bad according to the reviews from a year ago I think it got better. My own opinion...by the way I'm looking for a roommate call for more info.
Honestly its not worth it either or. It may be like $825 but as long as they take to commit to maintenance requests and how unrealiable it is to call security for anything and no one shows up, including about how much police and the fire department frequent this place its not worth the stress and effort. Roaches are a real problem and most of these units from what I have heard from neighbors have bed bugs. And it only went up in price recently just because they repaved the roads, repainted the buildings, and quote on quote "market place values". When I first arrived it was $625 its went up twice now by $100. I'm sorry I wish the prices were better for everyone here.
