La Cantina de San Angel does not require a reservation, it is a Quick Service (Fast Food type). La Hacienda de San Angel is a restaurant and that does require a reservation. They are both at Epcot in the World Showcase.
Yes - You should make a reservation. San Angel is a sit-down service insode the pyramid. If you don't - You may not get in.
