We have been excitedly waiting for this restaurant to open and stopped in for lunch this week. We love Authentic Mexican foods and are always hopeful. El Potro did not disappoint! The menu is extensive and it was nice to find a place with chile rellenos. Kenyera was our server and was excellent. They served chips and a medium salsa before the meal, and also offered a spicy green salsa that was delicious. We tried a variety of dishes and everyone was very pleased. They were able to accommodate a dairy allergy and got the order right on the first try. Happy Hour is on Mondays as is 2-4-1 Margaritas. Everyone was so polite. We can't wait to go back!
