Whole order was messed up, they gave us someone else food. Also we go back and the management was horrible. The girl that was there was laughing about how they messed up. Very poor customer service. Will not be coming back!

The salad with chicken was good, the place was clean. The thing that upset me was the bathroom situation. I needed to go to the bathroom like now and I had to wait 15 min for the woman to put in a code to open the bathroom door. When you need to go 15 min is a long time to wait......WHY DO YOU LOCK THE BATHROOM?????🙄

This location consistently delivers poor quality food because they have a great location. I will be taking my business to the University chipotle. Thanks for the deflated chip bag chipotle. AND GET SOME VINAGRETTE IN STOCK

Absolutely hate this chipotle. The line is always long because of college students, and the trash cans are completely full with trash placed around it because there’s no space. My friend and I did a mobile order and I went to pick it up. When we opened our bowls, they weren’t even half full. I drove us back to complain, and when we told the manager about it she gave us a dirty look (as if it was our fault). They added more to the bowls but we didn’t get our money back. Never going here again
