I believe there is a $10 surcharge per guest if you don't cancel by 11pm the night before your reservation.
Yes there is a charge. I believe it is considerably more than 10$
As with all Disney advanced dining reservations, if you don't call to cancel by 11:59 pm the day before your reservation, they will charge you $10/person.
