My package has a destination scan at this place can I just go in and pick it up instead of waiting for redelivery?

You can if you schedule a pick up.

First schedule a pickup.. but personally, try to schedule the pickup at a different location.. even if it has to be a dedicated UPS store. Laurelton/Springfield location is the worst not just for the customer service but also their operating hours. Theyre open sometime in the morning to 3pm. Then they close up. I think they open again from 5 to 7pm. Another thing is you cant pickup on weekends. Only weekdays. Best advice - schedule pickup to a ups store. Theres one on jamaica ave too i believe. Should be other locations in between.
