Why are they closed on the weekends when UPS delivers 7 days a week, especially holiday season? Why must we take a day off of work during the week in order to pick up a package that their drivers messed up with the delivery?

YES DRIVERS DO MESS UP! 1 PERSON Tried to deliver my package to my neighbor 2 blocks away. When they refused delivery my neighbor saw UPS delivery person throw packages into next persons yard. Where someone stole them... I'm still don't have my packages.....

We only human sometimes stuff its mix up so its not always the driver's fault but you will get it mite take another to but u will get it if u have any questions call the ups number an see what's going on with your package

You can use alternate delivery address. You can schedule redelivery for Saturday.
