Is this place clean? Does it have HOT water and cold water? Is it fully furnished? Can I get access of going in and out with no problem? Can I get food grom outside if hungry?

You need to keep your units clean at all times cause they go around to do room inspection weather you in the unit or not. You need to buy your own food and put food in the fridge if you have kids you need to follow product code u need to be indoors with your child before 9:00 pm

Its a 9pm curfew but if they know you you can come in anytime you want and wont get marked late
