It's open anytime if your bringing your own tubs & transportation. There are several outfitters opened now supplying transportation. KP Hole is open now.
You can tube in cold water anytime the best tubes are u shape with strap seat in rhe middle the doughnut shape ones are difficult to get in and out specially if they're over inflated for adults kids have no problems there is muck at bottom of river so its sticky there are many places to tube but practice in the pond or lagoon water is cold all the time but you have the best time of your life 😀😀😀🇺🇸😇😇
It isn't open until summer. I think you can bring your own float
