I agree, just take the car in again if you're having problems getting thru on the phone. Also give a review on your experience, that also opens the line of communication.
Don't waste time calling, take the car in again. There is usually a one year warranty on parts and service, so they have to fix the problem at no extra cost to you.
I go to reed nissan to buy parts. I never ever let the dealership fix my vehicle. I have a great local mechanic who fixes and maintain my sentra and my ladies' pathfinder.
