My brother unfortunately passed away in the beginning of July. I chose Baldwin Fairchild At Chapel Hill, after visiting several funeral/cremation parlors in the Orlando area and not feeling at ease with how the places looked and the kind of services offered. I found them online and decided to drive there and expected to be disappointed again. I was completely wrong! The outside alone was beautiful and serene. Inside, the building is not anything I have ever encountered. It honestly looks like a hotel. We were first greeted by Carl (nicest person), who made me feel welcomed and Kasey the funeral director who also welcomed us, with nothing but kindness. I can not say enough great things about Kasey and her staff. 5 stars in not enough. Kasey has walked us through every bit of this difficult process. She explained every single step to us and was available to answer, every question we had. The catering team was awesome and caring of our needs as well. Jason was in charge of the funeral service for my brother. He was also kind and had patience and understanding for the family and friends in attendance. Many people came to me and said they never experienced such a beautiful service, at such a beautiful place as Baldwin Fairchild at Chapel Hill. Kasey has gone above and beyond any expectations we had for a service. During a difficult time, such as planning a funeral for a loved one, compassion, empathy, kindness goes a long way. Thank you so much to Kasey and the staff at Baldwin Fairchild at Chapel Hill. We can't thank you enough.

Staff at Chapel Hill was caring and helpful in great time of need were very caring to my Mother after losing her eldest Son. This time of extreme pain for my Mother and how she still cries for him. Staff gave caring and loving support to my Mother that means a lot to me. Thank you for being there in time were only pain was ever present.
