My rogue broke down because reen nissan did not put the new transmission in correctly. I called many times and got no phone answer so I went to the deals hip and after waiting 20 mins I was able to speak to someone who did not know how to do his job so I screamed across the show room for a manager so other customers could.hear me, the manage turned out to be the same guy and told me he is the only one allowed to answer the phones well others just stand around and then tried to act as if my car was never serviced there although I have the receipt from the work done. I will be contacting my lawyer today. This deaships need to be closed down
The "free one " is a year lease
You have to go to them because sometimes they charge like a 139 checking fee. Then they will tell you how much it will cost you for everything.
I agree, just take the car in again if you're having problems getting thru on the phone. Also give a review on your experience, that also opens the line of communication.

People where getting confused with their vehicles and not letting the mechanics do their jobs and causing delays for us customers that where there to have a quick service. Im glad they closed it.
